CANCELLATION POLICY

We will make every effort to accommodate your individual requirements when making your appointments.

A text reminder can be sent to you free of charge for all appointments if you provide us with your mobile number and remember us to update us of any changes.

If you are not able to attend your appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice, and we will happily reschedule your appointment. Re-allocating your time to another patient helps us to keep our treatment waiting times as short as possible.

With regret if you are not able to attend your appointment for any given reason, and have not been able to give us 48 hours notice, you will incur a surgery time charge. The charge is currently £36 for every 30 minutes of surgery time wasted and £25-00 for every 15 min for missed appointment with a specialist. Unfortunately, further appointments cannot be booked until the charge has been settled.

For the convenience of all our patients. We endeavor to run to time whenever possible. To help us achieve this, we would be most grateful if you could arrive a few minutes before the start of your appointment. If you arrive too late for your treatment to be completed on time, then unfortunately we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day, and again a surgery time charge may be incurred if this is necessary.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Patients are kindly asked to pay a deposit towards the cost of their treatment prior to booking any appointments.

The deposit is non-refundable if a patient is very late, does not attend or cancels with less than 48 hours notice.
